Billi French is a fine art painter who enjoys mixing vintage and modern elements together in her art. She is based in Frederick, MD, where on a daily basis she can find exactly that vibe. Frederick's rich history and gorgeous antique shops intermixed with wonderful modern art and restaurants throughout the city has been a big inspiration for her and her art.​

Billi is a self-published children's book creator as well as illustrator of a handful of others books.

Billi also owns her own graphic design company, BF Studios, which she started in 2014​.​
